Return & Refund Policy

At FameWheels Auto Store, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. While most of our products are delivered exactly as ordered, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Our return & refund policy is for when and how you can return an item and request a refund.

When Can You Return a Product?

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or non-functional.
  • The product delivered is different from your order (wrong size, model, or specifications).

Please note: Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted.

Return Window

In order for us to accommodate your request and ensure a smooth return procedure;

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and complete with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

How to Place a Return Request

  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our Quality Assurance Team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Packing & Sending the Return

Once your return request is approved;

  • Use the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Include all items, manuals, and accessories.
  • Do not stick labels or tape directly on the product box.
  • Items returned incomplete or in poor condition may be rejected.

Refunds & Replacements

At FameWheels, we also accommodate refund and replacement requests if they fall within our policy. If your complaint fulfills the criteria for a refund or replacement laid out in our Refund & Replacement Policy;

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7–14 working days after approval and receipt of the returned item.
  • Replacements, where applicable, are shipped within 10–15 working days, depending on stock and delivery location.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is confirmed (defective or wrong product), FameWheels covers the return shipping.
  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the product will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Vehicles (Cars, Bikes, Electric Bikes)
  • Parts or accessories that have already been installed/fitted
  • Consumables such as Batteries and Tyres, once used
